Benfica said in a statement it had "reached an agreement with Chelsea FC for the sale of all the rights of the player Enzo Fernandez".It comes after a summer in which they spent a Premier League record £270m - the second-highest summer spend by any club in the world after Real Madrid (£292m) in 2019 - and contributes to a record £2.5bn spent by Premier League clubs so far this season.
